What Inspired us to launch growthmate

Pankaj and Rahul embarked on an incredible journey in the world of consumer brands with objective to build and scale offline retail for multiple established & direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands across various industries such as Beauty & skincare, packaged food & beverage, Maternity & baby care, Intimate hygiene. They had gained valuable experience respectively working with Brands like PepsiCo, Gsk consumer, RJ Corp, ABRL, Reliance, Themomsco. & Good Glamm Group.


As Early boomers in the D2C industry, they encountered the different stages of growth and grappled with unique challenges like unclear GTM, low business predictability, high dependency on relationships, cash blocked in inventory & low visibility in value chain.


Determined to build and scale their offline business sustainably across a portfolio of multiple brands, Pankaj and Rahul diligently crafted playbooks & strong network of resellers specifically designed for Challenger brands aiming to launch offline with both speed and sustainability.
